Najeeb, 22 years old, Germany: The staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful. Ryan was excellent at explaining the rules of cricket to us and Kyle makes amazing chicken wings. When my cousin missed his flight home twice, a group of staff members were kind enough to take him out to play soccer and take his mind off it for a while. We felt very welcome and happy to be staying at this hostel.

Dimitri, 24 years old, Greece: The location was great and easy to get to central London. Plus the staff was really helpful. The bar downstairs gets really lively on Friday and Saturdays nights and it is a great option for some good food and a dance.
